libepr-api2-dev software package provides ENVISAT Product Reader API for C - Development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libepr-api2-dev
libepr-api2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libepr-api2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libepr-api2-dev *
You will get with libepr-api2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
